I can't say enough about the service and positive result I received from the work that was completed on my shower floor. Everyone involved with Sir Grout was professional, well-informed, friendly, and on time. My shower floor has been transformed, and while I think it was a more difficult project than they anticipated, they made sure that the result was to my liking. The grout in my shower floor was discolored, multi-colored, uneven, and generally unsightly; I now have a floor that looks brand new. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.
I had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout Annapolis! Connor and Aiden, who are brothers, worked together and provided exceptional service. They did an excellent job cleaning and regrouting my bathroom shower, as well as cleaning the bathroom floor. Everything looks brand new! I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking for quality work and professional service!
Our first contact with Sir Grout Annapolis was with Aidan. Aidan was professional in sizing up the shower tile work we wanted done. He has a good knowledge of the products Sir Grout uses and answered all of our questions. A plan was put together to accomplish the needed "repairs". Walter was the technician for our project. He was hardworking, careful, and attentive to details. We are very pleased with the finished product.
Very positive experience. Aidan was very helpful and informative and set everything up for us. Walter was very attentive to detail as well as helpful and professional. Job came out beautifully. Looks better than new.
I feel like I have a brand new kitchen floor and master shower! From my initial inspection and scheduling with Aiden to the excellent work done by Eli, Ethan, and D.J., I can't say enough good things about this experience. I highly recommend this company.
What a great experience working with Connor from Sir Grout/Annapolis/Ocean City. Our OC condo floor tiles were in really bad shape (cracks in the grout, loose tiles, discoloration of grout). From the initial inspection with Connor, to his very fair estimate, to the finished product, we couldn't be happier with Connor and the Sir Grout team. The tiles now look like new! Connor even came back personally a week later because he wasn't satisfied with how our shower floor turned out. Now that's going beyond what's expected for customer service. That's refreshing to experience. 5 Stars for Sir Grout!
We had a great experience with Sir Grout, Conner and his team. They were very timely, reasonably priced and very professional from start to finish. They regrouted 4 bathrooms for us, explained everything in detail, did excellent work and left everything spotless afterwards. Highly recommend.
Dealing with this company was a pleasant experience. They were polite, prompt, and did what they said they would do. Connor got the work done in an efficient and effective manner, and the job was fairly priced.
Aiden came to inspect the bathroom, which needs grout repair. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. We tentatively scheduled a date for the work, and he promptly followed up with a written estimate by email.
Good service, on time and reasonable price. Sir Grout freshened up our bathroom floor tiles and our showers and tubs. Very happy with them.
