Sir Grout did a wonderful job on our shower and bathroom floors! Connor came out and gave us a quote and explained everything. He's very knowledgeable and personable. Walter & Connor did the work and it looks great! I'd recommend Sir Grout 100%!!

I highly recommend this company if you need this type of tile and grout replacement or cleaning. The service was excellent and it was a joy to have their technician, Walter, work on my home. His professionalism and attention to detail in his craft was impeccable! You will be fortunate to have him work on your home. His joyfulness is contagious and he was more amazing as a person than the praise I am giving him for his skilled craftsmanship!

Connor was incredible also as the salesperson. He was prompt and visited my home over the course of the repair, as he did when creating the quote. He didn't sell me anything. He identified things that made me make the inquiry, explained the cause and what his company could do to rectify my issue, and guaranteed his work. There were no additional upcharges, the work was then completed as outlined, and I am a very happy client! If you need this service, I highly recommend this company.

My porcelain tile has not looked this good since the installation 15 years ago. Extremely kind and courteous employees. Would absolutely recommend if you want your tile to look new again.

Walter did a great job, spending a whole day, with wonderful results. He was very polite, explained things and worked hard. Connor followed up the next day, also very polite, and tweaked up a couple of things he noticed that didn't really show until things had set up some. Very happy with whole job and staff.
