I found Sir Grout in Annapolis on the internet and called them up to do a tile and grout job in my primary bathroom. I met with Connor who was extremely professional, easy going and very knowledgeable about the business. He and his team did an outstanding job with my bathroom tile floors, my bathroom shower and tiles around my tub. Their work cleaning the grout and restoring a brand new look was very impressive. I am so pleased. I strongly recommend their business for not only their excellent work but, for their excellent customer service and willingness to make the customer happy. Conner showed up on schedule. He advised us what Sir Grout will be contracted to do and wrote up the contract and put us on his schedule.
The work was exactly what I was looking for, so much so that I will be using them again in the future for other projects.
Connor & team were polite and professional. Connor took the time to field any of my questions and concerns (which were a lot), helping me to understand the product and the process. Which proved instrumental in my moving forward with the work being done. Not only did they do a great job, but Connor has followed up and addressed any questions or concerns I had after the work was completed, giving me complete peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair, transparent, and professional experience.

Called Sir Grout for cleaning and replacing the grout on our tile kitchen floor and 3 bathroom showers and floors. We scheduled an appointment for our estimate. Connor showed up on time, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the entire process to us, gave us a very reasonable quote, and we booked for the next week.
On the morning of our appointment, his workers Eli and DJ showed up ready to work. These two young men were polite, respectful, and extremely professional. They worked hard, took their time, and did not make a mess. We are totally satisfied with the work they did and will definitely use Sir Grout again. I highly recommend them!
