Called Sir Grout for cleaning and replacing the grout on our tile kitchen floor and 3 bathroom showers and floors. We scheduled an appointment for our estimate. Connor showed up on time, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the entire process to us, gave us a very reasonable quote, and we booked for the next week.
On the morning of our appointment, his workers Eli and DJ showed up ready to work. These two young men were polite, respectful, and extremely professional. They worked hard, took their time, and did not make a mess. We are totally satisfied with the work they did and will definitely use Sir Grout again. I highly recommend them!
Conner Harris came quickly to our home after we called. He quickly surveyed our issues with the master bathroom shower. His estimate was fair and scheduled us a week out for the work. TJ & Elias arrived promptly as scheduled. They regrouted some of the tile in our shower and then resealed all the tile. They worked quickly and were very thorough in cleaning up after themselves.
They were both friendly and cheerfully explained everything they had done.
We were very pleased with the service we got from Sir Grout and enjoyed the friendly demeanor of all of its staff.
Great experience with Sir Grout! My shower looks brand new, and the replaced tile in my bathroom floor looks like it was never replaced. I highly recommend Sir Grout!
